Your package covers more than the build. For standard website projects, Gerbang Studio handles the initial deployment, hosting setup, SSL, domain connection and one year of standard domain registration where applicable. Once the project is complete, the relevant accounts and access are handed over to you.

Paid APIs, paid email services, paid plugins/themes/apps, database or storage upgrades, third-party subscriptions and licences, e-commerce/payment-provider fees — any future recurring third-party cost is the client's responsibility.

Google Search setupBasic technical search setup is included at launch — sitemap, robots.txt, canonical URLs, Search Console setup and sitemap submission.

There is no compulsory monthly Gerbang Studio maintenance fee after handover.

Client-owned infrastructure: where practical, the domain registrar, DNS, hosting, repository, database and analytics accounts belong to the client/business — Gerbang Studio configures and manages them during development, then hands over the relevant ownership and access at launch. We will never ask you to permanently share your personal passwords.

Where a suitable free hosting tier is used, there may be no hosting charge while the project remains within that provider's limits. If paid capacity or services are required later, those charges are borne by the client.

You stay the owner. We handle the setup.

For standard website projects, you only need to create and verify your Cloudflare account and invite Gerbang Studio. We handle the deployment, DNS, SSL and technical configuration.

Gerbang Studio is an independent, online-only web design studio serving Malaysian SMEs. Deliberately small: the person you WhatsApp is the person who designs and builds your site — not a sales team, not an outsourced hand-off.

That shape has consequences, and we think they're good ones. Quotes are plain. Timelines are honest. If a request doesn't fit your package — or doesn't make sense for your business at all — you'll hear it directly, before you spend a ringgit.

We keep the client list short so each project gets proper attention, and we'd rather turn work away than rush yours out the door.
